FIX - Type dock bounce ease as const tuple for framer-motion

framer-motion's stricter types reject a cubic-bezier ease inferred as number[]; `as const` makes it a 4-tuple so the production build type check passes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
